Payment Method

My Invite Site accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments via the web or over the phone. To provide your credit card number directly to a customer service representative over the phone, please call us during business hours Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm. We also accept cashiers checks or money orders via the post. Please call us at (866) 834-0805 or email us at orders@myinvitesite.com for details.

Is it Safe to use my credit card on your site?

My invite site is a yahoo safe site. Your credit card is only see by one person in the company and is deleted after 30 days of your order. You should not be worried about using your credit card on our site. We also do not sell any credit card or any other personal information!

Do you charge sales tax?

My invite site is located in Palm Beach County, Florida. We are required by law to collect sales tax of 6.5% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of Florida. Orders shipped outside of Florida are exempt from sales tax.

How do I send my pictures and information?

You can email them to us at pictures@myinvitesite.com . Once you place your order, you will receive an email on how to send your photos and a form for all the information you would like to include.

How many pictures should I send??

Please do not send any more then 10 of your favorite pictures. If we need other pictures we will tell you. Also, please give us an indication on which pictures you like best. We choose and design by what we think will make your announcement or invitation look the best!

Can I use my professional photographs?

Yes, but you will need to have a signed release from the photographer allowing us to use the photographs. If you would like to do this, please ask your photographer for a signed release.

Will you edit the photographs or should I edit them before I send them in?

We prefer that you send us the original photographs. We can change the photographs to black and white, crop them, do touch ups, remove blemishes, rotate pictures and do many other things to make the photographs look great for your announcement or invitation!

Is there an extra charge for editing my photographs?

No, there is never any extra charge for anything we do to your pictures to make them more beautiful!

What is your return policy?

You are allowed to cancel an order up to the time one of our designers starts to work on it. Once a designer has started to work on your order, you will only receive 50% back of the cost when cancelling. We do make sure that the customer approves all orders before printing. We do not accept returns on any customized order.

In the case of a My Invite Site error, once notified of our error, we will offer you a full refund credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

How do you ship your orders?

We use the USPS priority mail service. The normal delivery time frame is 3-4 days. We also have an express service for an extra $20 that can guarantee delivery in 2-3 days (depending on your location).

Do you ship internationally?

We use Global Priority for international shipping. For all international orders, it is a flat fee of $25.00.
